Check-in

Please ensure you have provided the arrival time. If applicable, let me know the flight number as well, just in case there are any delays.
We offer self check-in and you will find the keys inside the letterbox idenfitied with CJ (position highlighted in the image below).
The code will be provided 24 hours before you arrive. Please let me know if you don't receive it.

Letterbox

Once you set the code, rotate the knob and open the lid. The numbers have to be aligned perfectly for it to unlock.

Locker

IMPORTANT: When you have the keys, please close the letterbox and and change the code to random numbers.

Once you are inside, take any of the elevators to floor 2 and enter apartment CJ.

Car Park

The entrance to the car park is on the side of the building.

Garage Entrance Location

You can park just next to the entrance and you need to get the garage remote control from the letterbox.
Enter the garage and turn to the right to go down.

The parking space is number 128 and it's on floor -3. Drive all the way down to the bottom floor.

1 - Rubbish Disposal

The communal bins can be found on floor -1. This in front of the garage door.

Access to the swimming pool is on floor 0, in front of the main entrance. Use one of the provided keys to open the door if it's locked

Water

It is generally safe to drink tap water in Madeira. The water supply is subject to quality controls and meets European Union standards.
However, some people may prefer the taste of bottled water due to differences in mineral content or the presence of chlorine, which is used in water treatment.
