Premises
Only the bottom floor of the house is accessible to guests and the top floor is vacant. Feel free to use the balcony on the top floor to get a better view.
Getting Around
The house is located in the country side where public transport is very limited. It's highly recommended that you have a car to get around. Below are some well-established car rental companies

Water
It is generally safe to drink tap water in Madeira. The water supply is subject to quality
controls and meets European Union standards.
However, some people may prefer the taste of bottled water due to differences in mineral content or
the presence of chlorine, which is used in water treatment.
Insects
The house is surrounded by agricultural fields, so despite regular pest control, you may occasionally notice insects around the property. These are usually already dead due to the treatments. This is common across the island, especially in rural areas.
Rubish Disposal
Communal rubish and recycling bins are available near by. To get there you need to up the road and then turn right. It is still some distance away so it might be best to take the car.
